Entry forms and deadlines

April, 15th 2009: deadline for handing in the QUANTITY ENTRY DATA
May, 15th 2009: deadline for handing in the NOMINATIVE ENTRY DATA
June, 10th 2009: deadline for handing in the INDIVIDUAL ENTRY DATA.
The Web Application Service will be disabled at 23.00. No changes or additional entries will be possible after the deadline. Changes will be possible only at the accreditation center on the day of arrival. Additional 5 € penalty fee will be charged by the OC for every member of delegation whose individual entry data will not be entered in the Web Application Service by the deadline or will be changed at the arrival.
